So pleased for our great friend Rebecca Kane as she launches her super new raw vegan cook book…..

Rebecca has the right ingredients for a successful life and shares them with you in her colourful new recipe book Shine Inside and Out:

1 Cup of Romancing your taste buds

1 Pinch of Humouring your indulgent side

3 Heaped Spoonfuls of Joy and adventure in the kitchen

1 lb of Compatibility for your lifestyle

3 Tablespoons of Trust in your own inner knowledge

1 Cup of Respect for your body

½ a lb of Sharing with friends and family

1 Zest of Tenderness and care

¾ Cup of Patience as you learn

Rebecca’s second book is about to be launched: Shine Inside and Out packed with amazing but simple recipes that can all be made from ingredients found in your local supermarket.

Her first book Turn Your Shine On was a first – a step by step guide into incorporating more raw foods into your diet – in a way that works for you.

This book gained great reviews including Janey Lee Grace author and Radio 2 presenter who “Loved it!”

Rebecca takes you again step by step from getting started with how to incorporate more living foods in your diet, to simple and refreshing natural flavoured waters, to smoothies, soups, main meals and desertsALL recipes are wheat free, dairy free, vegan and UNCOOKED!

It’s a very exciting time for living food coach and author Rebecca Kane.

Rebecca has been interviewed by radio stations all over the UK and was invited to be the Raw Food expert for the number one ‘how to’ Internet TV station VideoJug where she filmed a series of easy guides.

You can see them on Rebecca’s site here!

Rebecca’s recipes will simply astound you – one radio presenter thought she had tricked him – he couldn’t believe that the Chocolate Brownie he was eating was raw vegan and full of great ingredients that are great for you! Not just the usual rubbish white refined flour, sugar and eggs.

From raw Chocolate and Coconut Bliss Balls to raw Thai Curry, from The Perfect Everytime Saladto raw Watercress and Pear Soup there will be a recipe that you will fall in love with – and these are simply on her website for everyone to enjoy.

Rebecca has also just devised stunning raw Christmas Pudding and raw Mince Pies (and we better not mention the raw chocolate ‘Bounty’ Bars and ‘Rolos’!! ALL coming soon on the VV blog!

Rebecca is certainly one to watch – passionate about creative raw foods that everyone can make and enjoy – especially after seeing incredible results with her own health and weight.

Please do have a look at Rebecca’s website and follow on Twitter for fab tweets and like on Facebook for Rebecca’s news.

We love Rebecca and look forward to getting her clips on VeggieVision soon too!

We often have the best intention of sticking to an eating plan or making better food choices and when we go it alone the odds of actually seeing it through are low.

Rebecca’s first book Turn Your Shine On really is the next best thing to having a private consultation with Rebecca.

Her second book Shine Inside and Out now gives you amazing easy to follow recipes that everyone can enjoy.

Rebecca continues to run her busy practice in Staffordshire offering clients discovery days, private consultations and raw food workshops.

The discovery days are for women who know there is more to life, and are not sure what there ‘more’ is.

Rebecca uses powerful energy healing techniques to remove any blockages that are holding clients back, combined with coaching exercises and techniques so that they can take action and create crystal clarity so they leave knowing exactly what they must do to live their SHINE.
